Erin Daniell is a jewellery designer and visual artist, based in the regions of Kaurna Yerta (Adelaide). She concluded her studies at Flinders University in 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts, specialising in Visual Arts. Her emphasis on jewellery and object design equipped her with a strong knowledge of contemporary arts practice. In 2022, Daniell developed her expertise by participating in the JamFactory Associate Training Program in the Jewellery and Metal Studio.

Daniell's design philosophy reflects an intriguing exploration of growth and beauty, taking inspiration from organic forms to build unique jewellery collections. Employing her own take on ancient cire perdue techniques, she manipulates liquid wax by pulling and twisting to create fragile forms that are each as unique as a fingerprint when they are cast in metal. This process infuses her designs with natural textures that carry an elemental aesthetic, reminiscent of mollusc spiral growth patterns and coastal erosion striations.

Central to Daniell's artistic practice is a commitment to excellent craftsmanship, with particular focus on locally sourced materials. Her intuitive process of creation serves not only as an outlet for her creativity, but also as a spiritual and healing practice, continually inspiring and driving her work forward.
